Rate Card

Typical projects include security assessments, CCTV design and specification, security system RFP development and procurement administration, security systems integration lasting from a few days, to weeks, months, or years.  Sikyur is frequently called upon to represent the "owners" interests and manage complex system integration projects that have gone astray.

Travel and Expense Policy is to bill for travel labor at contracted rates from door to door for engagements requiring travel, with 8 hour minimum billings per day while Sikyur consultants are on client travel. Direct expenses for project fieldwork, report preparation, and deliverables is also charged at cost plus 15 percent administrative fee.Travel bookings are billed to clients at cost plus 15% administrative processing fee.  Airfare is booked within the Continental United States (CONUS) using coach class rates; all overseas airfare travel of duration greater than 3 hours flights are booked at Business Class Rates.  The decision to travel non-stop or multi-stop is determined on a cost-efficiency basis considering the sum of labor and airfare cost. Meals and Incidentals are billed at US CONUS Federal Rates for daily M&IE per diem with 30% for breakfast, 30% for lunch, and 40% for dinner; Federal M&IE rates will be used for all meals unless there is a client business meeting meal and the actual cost of the meal will be booked in lieu of the per diem percentage.

Executive Coaching Sessions.  Sikyur offers one-on-one, 2-hour, executive coaching sessions with to CSOs and their direct reports, and other C-level executives for $700 per 2-hour session, plus necessarily incurred direct and travel expenses. 

Legal Services.  No legal services are provided directly by Sikyur, but rather through its affiliated law firm.  Rates for legal services performed by Robert Borghese, JD, MA, are billed at his corporate rates (www.borgheselaw.com); and such rates shall be released upon declaration of no-conflicts and proposed client agreement.

Professional Services Rates.  Sikyur LLC professional services engagements for security advisory services, security management consulting, project management, and market research range from a few hours of coaching per month, to multiple days on-site consulting or training, to multi-year project management contracts.  The type of professional services engagement dictates the rate structure.  Unless otherwhere specified, Sikyur's rates are offered with a two-hour per use minimum, plus necessarily incurred direct and travel expenses; Sikyur's travel expense policy is listed at the bottom of this page.
